Michael Newton
Michael has dedicated his real estate career to providing world class services to buyers, sellers and investors. He is committed to excellence in every way, starting with negotiating affirmatively for the best possible price, marketing intensively for maximum exposure, providing detailed expertise on market conditions, and helping clients understand the intricate details of the real estate transaction. He is primarily focused on residential real estate; including single family homes, attached homes, apartment style condominiums, and town-home style condominiums. Michael began investing in his own real estate portfolio in 2007 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2012.
Before joining RE/MAX, Michael spent the first few years of his career with MaxWell Realty where he quickly became a top performer and was commemorated with the Master of Sales Award, as well as the Gord Hyland Endowment Award. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Lethbridge (BMgt), is an accredited Certified Property Manager, a Certified Condominium Specialist, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Prior to real estate, Michael worked several years as the Director of Business Development for Wmode Inc., where he was responsible for new client business development and sales in South America, the U.S. and Canada. In total, Michael has over 15 years of international business experience in sales and marketing and continues to be fuelled and passionate about selling, marketing and negotiating.
